Leather Care & Maintenance Guide

Daily Care & Storage

• Storage: Keep the clutch in a breathable cotton dust bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent leather fading or drying out.

• Shape Preservation: Stuff the interior loosely with acid-free tissue paper when not in use to maintain its geometric structure and rolled shape.

• Hardware & Accents: Avoid pulling or hanging the bag by the leather monkey fist knot ends to protect the structural integrity of the side knots.

Cleaning & Conditioning

• Sheepskin Lining: Spot clean the interior red lining using a dry soft-bristle brush. Avoid saturating the sheepskin with liquid.

• Conditioning: Apply a specialized, light leather conditioner sparingly onto the exterior using a soft cloth, keeping away from the textured grooves and sheepskin lining. Test any product on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Protection

• Moisture Exposure: Avoid contact with water, oil, perfumes, and rain. If the bag gets wet, blot it immediately with an absorbent, lint-free cloth and let it air dry naturally at room temperature.
